Remote Access Medical Clinic: Free Dental and Vision Clinic offered to all citizens on first come first serve basis. Plans to offer in late 2005 or early 2006 check back for date and location.
Child Choke Tube Safety Kits: Community Awareness Project designed to educate parents on choking hazards for infants and toddlers.
Bicycle Helmet Safety Program: Essay contest held in schools to educate children on importance of wearing bike helmets.
Loudon County Tech Center Tennis Court Improvement Project: Grant funded program to build tennis/basketball courts for students.
Break the Cycle: Council initiated program to address the high rates of teen pregnancy within Loudon County. Break the Cycle is now a sole entity focusing on teen pregnancy prevention.
Lenoir City School Health Clinic: Council initiated program which provides basic health care, counseling services and health education services.
Resource Directory: The council publishes a resource directory which is a comprehensive listing of services available to the citizens of Loudon County.
The Health Council compiles a comprehensive listing of all available service providers available to Loudon County citizens.
