Vial of Life …
Program Description:
The Vial of Life is a free medical information kit.
How it Works:
The kit contains an information sheet in which individuals list all
of the medications that he/she are currently taking as well as any
allergies that he/she may have. The information sheet is then placed
inside a medicine vial which is placed in the refrigerator. A red
magnet is placed on the outside of the refrigerator to alert EMS
personnel that the person participates in the Vial of Life program.
Eligible Population:
All citizens of Loudon County are eligible to participate in this
program.
